The Garden Home Green Thumbs presents Maureen Quinn Lores, of Oregon State University Extension, Family & Community Health, who will teach you tips and tools for getting prepared to can and preserve your own food.  Plus, a canning and preserving tool “petting zoo”, where you get to touch and see the various tools.
